Phylipsen Climate Change Consulting - PCCC - was established in 2010 by Dian Phylipsen to provide clients with tailor-made support to address climate change issues. Key elements in PCCC´s approach are a keen understanding of client needs, up-to-date insights into historic and current developments, an international approach and lateral thinking across different policy areas.
